Biography

Mike Kriner – President & Owner

Mike spent the better part of 10 years leading the state and local government affairs work for both CONSOL Energy, Inc. and Allegheny Energy, Inc. in Pennsylvania. He has found that strengthening an organization’s partnerships with local and state governments, as well as the communities inside of its operational footprint are a must when trying to secure support for an external objective.

Before moving to the private sector, Mike served almost ten years in the Pennsylvania Senate in various legislative roles. His focus for most of his tenure was budget, consumer protection, economic development, energy, healthcare, taxes, transportation and utility policy. Prior to leaving the Senate, he served as chief-of-staff to Senator Joe Scarnati. He has very strong ties with all legislative leaders, committee chairs, regulatory agencies and the Governor’s Office.

Mike graduated from Moravian College in 1992. He and his wife Donna live in Palmyra, PA with their two sons, Dylan and Logan.
